Can't aait for this one, no doubt in my mind Cotto wins on Saturday night.
I wonder what Martinez current weight is, that is the only thing that worries me. That is the only way Martinez will lose his belt, is on the scale, ain't no way he loses it to Cotto.

LMAO...Martinez was at 162 like a week ago. Shove it Roach, you ran your mouth and now it's time for that good ole crow pie.

That won't be the only reason... Sergia's style relies heavily on movement, even if those knees are at least 90%, they won't be able to keep up an active pace; specially not after a year and a half of inactivity.

Also, Sergio's body has been breaking down on him at a steady pace these past few years. Don't be surprised if he reinjures midway thru the fight. You can bet Cotto's movement will be orchestrated in order to make those knees rotate unexpectedly and his offense will be geared towards his soft mid section which will furher limit his movement. Surprise shots will land flush due to Ballerina's inability to react in a timely fashion.

Cotto should also look to hit the shoulder and **** the knees on the inside.

I don't see Martinez being able to keep up with Cotto, specially not this rejuvenated / restructured version of him.

It will be a hard, painful night for Martinez. I have no doubt about it, none. And I will enjoy every single second of it. Martinez will be crying like a ***** after the fight too.

Back to my fan self... WAR COTTOOOOOO!!! I want to see him brutally beat that sissy up. Sergia's confidence mostly stems from the fact that he feels he is the bigger man. He is in for a surprise on Saturday, trust me. I will enjoy watching him suffer and getting beat up brutally.

Roach is full of crap...he looks off to his right side when talking about the suit stuff....the side people look to when they want to engage imagination...or lie. He says Cotto is the most dedicated fighter he has ever worked with because Cotto meets him at 5 am and works for 3 hours, then goes home to rest for a boxing workout at 1.

Martinez trains for 6 days a week, 8 hours a day starting at 5 am. You are done Roach, time to call it a day.

Martinez says he's currently weighing 160 pounds (2:18):

I don't think anyone expects him to have much trouble making the catchweight because he usually comes in pretty light to the weigh-in's (157-159).

              • I'm trying to figure out if Cotto will last more than 6 rounds.

                • Big weigh in today. Cotto should come in light, like 156.

I would expect so. Unless Martinez is somehow back to 2010-2011 form.
