Depending on how he beats Bradley, in a dominating fashion tko, ko, then he has to be atleast #3 maybe even 2, some may argue about the #2 spot but that's why I said depending on how he beats bradley.

If that happens he would be 3 or 4 and still clearly behind Floyd and ward... Manny and rigo would be interchangeable at 3/4 just depending on your personal preference
At worst, manny should be no lower than 5

If he ko bradley he has to be 3 maybe even 2. 4 is a bit harsh considering how he beats Bradley.

Me personally base my list on skills and then h2h at this point in time, right now

I think manny is great but Floyd and ward are right now the better fighters and rigo is dead even with manny IMO I would take manny over everyone but those guys

          My list now is
          1 Floyd
          2 ward
          3 rigo
          4 Bradley
          5 manny
          6 jmm
          7 wlad
          8 Mickey
          9 Danny
          10 roman

If manny dominates Bradley he would move up close to rigo, but I would still take Floyd, ward and rigo based on higher skill level.. They would all be nightmares for manny like jmm was

I don't know why is Floyd still no. 1 when his only legit win was against a B class fighter Guerrero.

Since he faked his retirement from 2007 he fought only 6 times and that were against...

a lightweight Marquez he weight cheated on the scale.
Past prime Mosley and Cotto he should fought in their prime but he rather retired.
            Sucker punched Ortiz to victory.
He weight drained Canelo to victory.
of course his only legit win against Guerrero.

            p4p no. 1 LMAO!

I don't see a way of ranking Manny ahead of Mayweather or Ward unless Pacquiao puts Tim Bradley away in less than 6 rounds. This fight is going to the cards. Nobody has stopped Bradley and a 35 year old Pacquiao certainly won't be the first. Pacquiao just needs to get past Bradley to reclaim his spot on top of the boxing world, I'm very skeptical this version of Pac can pull it off.
