Wondering the same thing. But he turned down the fight before so why would he accept now?

I'm pretty sure Stevens hits harder than Kirkland.

He's too inconsistent and overly selective for that to be worth discussing. Stevens barely unloaded but when he did it seemed to get Golovkin's attention. Kirkland on the other hand is a freight train of activity by comparison. I'll take ten shots from Kirkland versus one from Stevens if I'm wanting to know how somebody can take a punch.

I'm not sure if Kirk's power carries up to 160 which is all he has in a fight with GGG. Personally, I'd rather him fight at a weight his power is proven.

Regarding the punch resistance, as long as he has anne in his corner, I think she'll get him through whatever adversity he faces.

It wouldn't benefit him to move up and fight Golovkin that's for sure. It's a bad fight.

As it turns out Kirkland is bigger than Golovkin. For his fight with Carlos Molina he rehydrated to 174. With that in mind I think it would be smart for him to move up to 160. He's draining too much weight.

Well you're talking about activity, not punching power. Kirkland is busier but Stevens most likely hits harder.

Fight ends in 1-3 rounds. I thought Murray edged out Martinez so he's best option IMO.

No, I'm talking about two guys who hit hard.

One who throws three punches around. The other throws considerably more. Use some common sense.

If he can somehow get 3G to move down, then all power to him. However, I think Kirk would rather go after the belt. I hope Kirk isn't next though, put him on the undercard and build his stock back up against Stevens. If i'm not mistaken, Dibella and 50 have done a little work in the past, so maybe they can make Lee vs. Kirkland.
