Comments Thread For: Andrzej Wawrzyk Demolishes Danny Williams in One

Andrzej Wawrzyk (28-1, 14 KOs) did not have any problems with an easy first round battering of 40-year-old Danny Williams (45-21, 34 KOs), who went down twice in a blink of an eye. The fight was scheduled for eight in Opole, Poland. For Wawrzyk, it was his first fight since a third round TKO defeat to then WBA 'regular' heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin, which took place last May in at the Crocus City Hall in Russia.

Bit dangerous this now. Danny surely must have made some good dough from his career?

Badass that he was able to avenge his son's defeat when he's nearing 50.

Danny Williams does not deserve a record of 45-21. It's very sad to see him keep going.

This says more about his son's career than it does about his own... Your 50 year old washed up fighter beat someone up for you? Hang em up son

At this point that's the least of his worries...
