GBP should just cash out Ortiz

ok, obviously ortiz getting ko'd by Collazo was a worst case scenario..

If Ortiz keeps fighting, GBP should just cash this dude ASAP

I dont think anyone would be upset if say ortiz-broner was on the floyd undercard, or ortiz-berto 2, ortiz-thurman, etc

They need to cash this guy out in 2014

I think they need to take the next 2 years to build him back up. He got caught cold last night after a year + layoff. He needs to get back into rhythm by staying active and I believe his career will get a second wind.

His career is over,, he doesnt have the mental capacity to compete at the top level

I do agree that collazo was a horrible comeback opponent, and i said it from the day it was announced, if i could find the thread, that this had upset written all over it,,

GBP needs to build the young guys off ortiz,, i know he is still young, but its like trying to get golata to fight consistent,, it just is never going to happen in the long run

I've never liked Ortiz, he lacks hunger. He doesn't seem to care much about losing, his attitude is awful.

If Ortiz is to continue, he's gonna have to do a LOT to get back into the fans' good graces. However, I can see GBP shoehorning him into a match-up with Garcia. Does anyone really think he deserves a big opportunity after last night? In other threads, you have fans saying that he comes to fight.....really? If he was that hungry and motivated, he would've tried to continue.

I dont know if they can even sell vic in a big fight anymore. I guess him and broner would be ok.

ODH might be right-time to put this cow out to pasture.
