Yet he didn't even TRY to get up until about the count of 9.
Do you reckon he knew the round was over?

seriously though, I think if Victor hired a new trainer, maybe Goosen, and in four months won a tune up fight against Josesito Lopez (should have been his first fight back this time), then he could challenge Collazo for a rematch and if he won then I think he would be sitting back on top and ready to challenge Maidana for a rematch. IF he beat Maidana, Mayweather or Pac would be more then willing to fight him.
Hate him or love him, Victor is well known and casuals would buy a PPV to see him fight, especially after Expendables 3 comes out.

Imagine if Victor "The Tin Man" Ortiz woke up today and said that he wants to go on a revenge tour and avenge his losses to Collazo, Lopez, Maidana and Mayweather. We'd know the apocalypse is here.

Victor is always kissing and hugging someone's ass after the fight as if to say thank you for the beating.

Darn Victor you disappoint me! You should have quit when Maidana beat your ass down for the first time. You should have just quit the sport like you said, once you got beat down by Maidana. No heart what so ever!

Is this a serious comment? That's like saying I could hire a boxing trainer and in a few fights be challenging Mayweather. That's how ridiculous this comment sounds to me lol

Just got through watching the fight and I have got to say...

                      ...what a shame.

I had high hopes for you Ortiz. I can't say that I wouldn't want to catch you another fight, but I'm thinking your jaw is now a little wonky and I'm not sure if FNF's would be willing to throw you a bone, but they might!

Big ol' Collazo thought he conquered Manny Pacquiao or somebody when he started calling out Floyd. Ha, guess that's what everyone is going to say anymore though..not about cleaning out their division, winning a word title, unifying their division.. just, 'gimme Money'.

Good luck with that outcome Lou!
