Hypothetical: Can GGG fight Quillin with Network Cold War?

Was thinking here, the initial reason they can't fight is because the whole Showtime/HBO cold war going on in the States right now..... but that's only in the States right?

HBO/Showtime only have exclusive broadcasting rights for both men stateside correct? That's how Golovkin is able to still fight overseas and the reason his fight won't be shown in the States because HBO owns the broadcasting rights for the States.

So, if they were somehow able to come up with some money, they could make this fight happen overseas right? Without the networks coming into effect?

Golovkin has had his shows broadcasted in Europe for some time now and, IMO, if they can find a financial backer, they could make this fight happen.

Well, if they start talking up a storm about loophole, we'll see.
