WBA "regular" light heavyweight champ Juergen Braehmer (42-2) will defend the title April 5 in Rostock. As for the opponent, Welsh veteran and former WBO cruiser ruler Enzo Maccarinelli (38-6) is reportedly the one. Maccarinelli was, in July of last year, the official challenger for the EBU-EU title but opted instead to go for the Commonwealth title, won that and while still unranked by the WBA it may prove to be a move that pays off. after enzo wins this fight i would like to see kovalev vs enzo. i think enzo could outbox him over the distance and if he gets caught the round will just end 40 seconds early...oh wait they used that trick already.
