Look man...if that kid was my fighter I would've stopped the fight when he got knocked down the second time..go back watch the fight..that dude was somewhere else on that knockdown. He got up and snapped back to grid eventually but he wasn't all there where he went down and came back up.

And if my memory serves me correct, the 8th is where AB was dropped, but Chino lost a point due to the headbutt. I gave that one to Chino 9-8. Is that the one you gave Broner? Either way, there were several rounds where Chino did next to nothing. Most of them were close. In order to only have AB winning two rounds. You would have to have given Chino all the close rounds. And that's the part I disagree with. Either way, its really not a big deal. The right guy got the decision. It was an exciting fight. And they're gonna do it again.
Indeed they'll do it again but I fail to find more than two rounds to give to broner..I loathe the kid and i'm not adverse at saying it..he is the only fighter I have ever grown any level of disdain for..hell even Margarito is in better standing to me than Broner (not for the antics but for the disrespect of the sport) I was hoping he'd overcome and at least make it challenging i'll sum it up that Broner's best moment was them two punches after the bell on the 11th..but alas we'll be seeing it again soon enough.

As I explained any rounds that Broner won really were due more to Maidana's lack of action and taking rounds off, rather than Broner actually going out there determined to win the round. The harder, more dangerous punches were coming from Maidana. Every round it seemed Maidana was a punch away from putting Broner on his trunks. This is why people felt Maidana dominated.
So you think maidana was never hurt? And totally disrefard him sayin it was a tough fight?

Not saying he was never hurt. He was definitely hurt after in the late rounds, where he was hit after the bell. Fatigue I'm sure also kicked in. He said it was a tough fight and I don't doubt it but it doesn't take away from the fact he dominated the fight.

I always wanted to see Broner vs the Ghost but Ghost will be fighting in the courtroom for the first half of the year. Maybe more who knows how long it will take for him to be a free agent or stay with GBP.

He would be willing to do it for a Mayweather fight in May, because Mayweather is a completely different fight. It brings more glamour, prestige and moolah, than what a rematch with Broner would bring.

Hence why he is willing to sacrifice not seeing the birth of his daughter for a Mayweather fight, but not willing to make the same sacrifice to fight Broner again.

It really isn't that difficult to understand, other than your desperate attempt to put a spin on it.
Its nothing to spin. Floyd is supposedly the fight he wants. But by d1ckin' around with this rematch, he's eliminating himself from a Floyd fight until next year. I don't see why that's so hard to understand. And if AB is easy work, I think he should say f.uck it and do what he gotta do. I mean, what's his alternatives? Fight AB in June or July. Hopefully win. Not be ready for Floyd in Sept. And then get his ass kicked by Thurman or Porther at the end of the year and lose the Floyd fight forever. Because that's what's gonna happen.

Seriously bro. We are sitting here debating whether Maidana dominated a fight that Maidana doesn't even think he dominated. WTF is going on here?

There is no reason why he couldn't fight in June and fight again in September. Again for a Mayweather fight EVERYONE not just Maidana, but EVERYONE is willing, able and ready to fight him even on a moments notice.

As an AB fan, I think a rematch is pointless. Not because I don't think he can win. But because in the grand scheme it means nothing. Let's say he wins. Its still gonna come in a tough fight that's gonna put unnecessary miles on him. And what for? To re-establish himself as a fringe welterweight. Because that's all its gonna do. His future, no matter how bright or dim, is clearly gonna come south of 47. So logic dictates that this isn't a wise career move.

That said, I don't see how he didn't earn fans' respect. First off, he's jumping right back on the horse when he doesn't have to. And like I said, would be wiser if he didn't. And even in the fight, he stood in when he was outgunned and never stopped trying. And in the last round needing a KO, completely went for it knowing he may get knocked out himself. Which he damn near did. All the bull**** he does outside the ring aside, he's a true with with a huge heart. Which is something many on here applaud about other guys.

I doubt very seriously he fights in June or July and turns right around and fights again in Sept. I'd say slim if the rematch is in June. And none if its in Sept.
