Froch will "happily" defend against his mandatory Groves

Eddie Hearn interview. Says Froch and Groves have to get into the room together to discuss terms.
Wembley is out as there's an England game the night before (May 30th). Hearn predicting at least 60,000 in attendance. Doesn't think City Ground is big enough.Comment

They won't get 60,000. Frank Bruno couldn't do that much
they should go for the emirates, they might do 45kComment

I think this fight should, and probably will be in the O2 Arena...
I dunno about Froch being 'happy' to face Groves again though, he has been anything but happy about the idea of fighting Groves again ever since the first fight was done with he has done nothing but say he didn't want it again. Maybe he wised up a bit and realised fans where kind of pissed of at him for how he handled himself in the conclusion of the fight.
Anyway, I think Froch wins the next fight too. I can't help but think thought that Froch has had a little bit of his pride and confidence dented by Groves and the fans reactions to him lately. Groves on the other hand despite losing is riding high in comparison and may make it a closer fight, but again loses down the stretch in my opinion.Comment

To be honest, the people claiming Froch was ducking this guy were embarrassing themselves. Froch has proved that he will fight anyone.
The rematch doesn't get anywhere close to selling out Wembley. The City ground would be better as it's more compact.
Regardless, boxing matches in stadiums are ****. I was at Hatton - Lazcano at the City of Manchester Stadium (as it was called then) and it was like you were just watching a beam back on the big screen. Arenas are much better for watching boxing.Comment
