    1. Ward
    2. Bradley
    3. D. Garcia
    4. Mares
    5. Canelo

Edit: Reasonings. Ward will be around for a while longer, this is a 3-4 year from now list mostly. Bradley will also be around though his competition going forward could hurt. Garcia fights almost anyone you want to put in front of him, and he wins even when no one thinks he can, he has intangibles and a hard work ethic. With a loss or two if he keeps up his resume he'll hold it. Mares lost but don't count him out he hustles, has a good inside game and again fights tough fights. Canelo for the same reasons above, mostly the tough fights.

If the few at the top are left, Ward/Bradley no one else will have "earned" the claim to that spot. Hence with the fights Mares,Garcia, and Canelo are taking it's their spot to lose going forward, I think they have the skills to win most of them too. Bradley will probably be fighting lesser opposition but he'll sort of be grandfathered in as almost all p4pers at the top 1-2 really have been.

I don't see lara as some amazing fighter as everyone else did...he had a tough fight against angulo so his defensive prowess....I'm not sold. He's good but its hard to say where Canelos at his upcoming fight will give a better example.

I edited post adding reasons why, but to go on Bradley...he'll be sort of like Floyd/Manny were until manny lost 2 in a row atleast....grandfathered in...is it fair but it's always like that....Hopkins, RJJ...so on.

I think Mares knew it was a mistake and will come back and beat Jhonny decisively we shall see though. It's just how I see things going...and Mares, Garcia, and Canelo consistantly at least at the moment take hard fight after hard fight....giving them more credit to me at least, then some of the hyped up guys just beating on no hopers all the time.

            5 years, so in 2019.....

            1. Andre Ward (if he's active, he'll be 35 in 2019)
            2. Guillermo Rigondeaux (if active, I don't see anyone beating him from 122-126)
            3. Gary Russell Jr (I still believe in this guy, once he steps up, he's a major problem)
            4. Gennady Golovkin (I think he'll dominate 160 once people man up and fight him, but he won't beat Ward whenever they eventually fight)
            5. Mikey Garcia (say what you will about him getting stunned against Burgos and dropped by Martinez, he has enough skills to beat most anyone around his weight)

            That's my best guess
