Looking at the article, the 2007 was his big PPV fight with Oscar and Hatton. Both together did over 3 Mil.
The 2011 date is a lien from his 2009 fight, with JMM which did a milly from memory.

The last time I checked, Congressmen get a lifelong pension with Healthcare benefits after retirement. Not to mention all the post-political job offers that every politician gets once they're out of office (Lobbying, political Tink Tank's etc,.). I'd say, Manny is set even if he spends every dollar made from Boxing.
As for Floyd? I don't think there is a Boxing pension, a Nevada State Athletic Commission pension, a Dancing with the Stars pension. And investing in his female friends start-up cosmetic product company isn't gonna get it done either.Comment
