        it's a sad, sad world

what an awful top 10. how the mighty have fallen.

i'd provide some unput, but i just don't give enough of a ****.

i want to see a few guys fight each other. arreola, fury, wilder, chisora, are at least capable of being in some good fights. pulev is a decent fighter, but he's been in stinkers.

wladimir is a great fighter, but he hasn't been in an exciting fight in several years.

Why is Adamek on so many lists? He fought once last year against a nobody and before that, in 2012 fought Cunningham and should have lost, Fury blasted Cunningham away. If Adamek must be on there, surely he isn't a top 3 guy.

Perez shouldn't be on that list and Wilder is barely top 20 so far.

Sums up the hw division...when I was making my list, after writing down about the top 6 or 7 names, I couldn't think of anyone else being worthy of a top 10, literally any of the names I haven't mentioned but others have could be on that list, that's how bad things are.

A lot of the fighters in HW division need more fights to be ranked properly.

I'll just say that Mike Perez is a lot better than people think. Don't base him on his last performance, he was not mentally the same. A 3-month break will help a lot.

And Deontay Wilder is going to surprise people. All of his sparring will soon pay off.

Agreed, I rate both these mens talents but neither has proven it in the ring against the best. Perez's best run was prizefighter lol and Wilder's best run is Audley and Liakh, not exactly the stuff of legend. Both men need to step up and step up this year.

you've got to weigh the last fight the heaviest when ranking contemporary fighters. we can't excuse the poor guy for not being there mentally, even if he had a good reason.

i'm not sure if perez will ever be the same. we certainly can't credit him with a ranking based on the assumption that he will be. in addition to almost killing a man with a family, he took hellish punishment in victory.

because vitali beat him so that makes adamek great even if he just stood there and took punches for 10 straight rounds like an idiot. he also lost to cunningham and chambers, almost lost to 60 year old grant and almost lost to jason estrada. its safe to say he's a legitimate tomato can and a future wilder ko 1 victim
