Defintely one of the best LW's of all time.

Maybe top 40-50. He didn't really live up to the name Sugar.

The other 2 sugars are BOTH normally reffered to as the greatest of all times, as far as Ray Robinson and Ray Leonard.

Not very high on the all time list, he ranks well on the lightweights list though, but all time p4p? not really high.

His biggest win against Oscar was tainted he admit to juicing later, and he was given a gift in the rematch with Oscar another fight he was using Balco for.

His biggest win today is against Antonio Margarito.

Elite level fighter in his era. I don't think he's an ATG though.

He's not an all-timer. One of the better fighters of his era, but not a great.
