Froch is unknown in boxing in general, but well known in the UK boxing circles and hardcore boxing fans in the US which is good but he is not a significantly bigger draw than Ward on a worldwide scale. At least not significant enough to call the shots vs a fighter of Ward's esteem/stature.

This is not Mayweather vs Baldomir, or Juanma Lopez vs Salido II, or fights of that caliber where the champ/titlist happens to be a good/solid journeyman who has no choice but to agree on all terms the bigger draw has in store. Ward is no journeyman, Ward is no B fighter, and he certainly can live with one less paycheck and a W over Froch, while Froch probably doesn't want that 0-2 vs Ward. He wants his chance of winning increased via bad judging/officiating in England.
You know , I may had agreed with you if Ward hadn't fought the whole super 6 in OAK. So he forfeits his side of the argument because of that.

Second he cant even fill a 5K arena in OAK, Carl will sell Wembley just ******* off. Ward have had opportunities for big money fights, but he piss them away!

Anyways, his statue as a champ means jack. Look at Cotto-Martinez as soon as Cotto said either sign or **** off, they complied, because they know Cotto makes his money against anybody and Martinez needs the pay day!

Froch is not at Cotto's level though. Cotto had 1.5 with Floyd, 450k and 600k with Marg I and II, 1.2 with Pac, 400k with Mosley, 250k with Mayorga.

Ward fought in Oakland twice in the Super 6. Bika was a stay busy fight in Oakland, Froch was in New Jersey, Abraham was in Carson. Kessler and Green were the only two fights Ward fought in Oak in the S6.

He doesn't have to be at Cotto's level to make twice what Ward does.

Froch is a bloody coward and Groves needs to stop stressing over fighting him lest the young mans receding hairline further expands into a bald spot.

Froch said he'd be willing to fight Ward in Las Vegas so I don't really think that's his intention.

I just don't believe Ward is first choice for Eddie Hearn, not with bigger paydays with Groves and Chavez Jr. on the table.

Froch is doing what he is supposed to do get the most money fight there is a PPV event in Vegas against Chavez Jr. Groves will always be there for the rematch which is another good payday for Froch later.
