I remember Mosley's sparring sessions before the Cotto bout, it should be in the video section, it looked like pros fighting except with headgear, Shane would go that hard.

What do y'all know about the ggg vs Chavez jr sparring vid???? Total schooling and ggg was just playing with him! Chavez would try to turn it up with some power to the body then get schooled some more. Rinse and repeat lol
