Rios was 10lbs heavier than Pacquiao the night of the fight. Pacquiao was also coming off of a year long layoff and a loss.

Odd that I agree with you on something...but no I really don't. He will probably officially get the loss. The only reason I hope he wins is so we don't have to be subjected to Manny-Bradley III to "Settle the score" when really Pac should have won twice if he wins.
