It is a fight between 2 fighters who have proven in days past to be very good , It to me is a very interesting fight and am looking forard to seeing what happens and how it affects the future.........scenarios are endless most of them Vargas/Winky II should Vargas win or Vargas/DLH II or even Mosley/Winky III which I would disapprove of or Mayorga/Vargas but you never know depending on how this fight goes.

I agree 100% on the part of pay per views killing boxing and I hate on the fact that i pay so much on all these fights and its exspensive as **** but then im such a boxing junkie that i cant ever put my foot down. But know that i think about it, it's going to be pretty intresting to see were the winner of this fight choses to go. If vargas wins, De la hoya allready made it clear that he has other plans so I want to see were vargas go's if he wins.

Humbug. Vargas and Mosley have both excelled and given us some terrific fights. I'm looking forward to the fight, but am under no illusions that it has any real significance to the division.

If there is to be a PPV boycott, this isn't the fight to boycott. Last year there were some really awful PPV's. This one has the potential to be a good fight and both guys have been and still are good for the sport.

Do you actually think that the guys at Show or HBO PPV care what goes on in these boards? Even if every single member of every single board did not buy these fights, no one would notice or care. Main stream america is their target. And fights like PBF - Judah will sell, according to Bob Arum the live event is already sold out. So, boycot or not the show will go on. HBO is kinda taking a small step in the right direction by showing the Byrd fight in the afternoon on a saturday delayed, no PPV. In my day we could watch Ali on free TV. That was a great era for boxing. Later on , yes I paid the 30 or 40 bucks to watch Tyson. Who didnt? Now there just isnt the plethera of talent that used to be. People dont wanna see lightweights, or bantamweights. They want the big boys middleweight and up. At one time I was a die hard boxing fan. I would race home doing 110 MPH to see a afternoon Duran fight on TV. For the megafights you could pay 10 bucks and see it at a closed curcuit location. As the number of PPV buys drop, only the extreme die hards will purchase fights. The fighters will still make their millions. And just think..when the next Tyson comes along, how much will those fights cost? Thats why I dont know who half of todays fighters are, and frankly I dont care. And thats my 2 cents worth.
