I am not sold on that knockout, I don't think that Hatton was really hurt he pretend to go to sleep because he didn't have it in him anymore he just gave up. If you look at him lying on the canvas he had his eyes slightly open when a guy is knocked cold they have their eyes wide open and give you that dead stare like Pac and P williams, both had their eyes wide open and were out cold. Pacmans power is not real at 140 plus. Hatton just gave up, he wasn't really hurt from that punch watch it again and see his eyes are slightly open and he was breathing heavy.
lmao he wasnt hurt? you gotta be kiddin man.. he was on his back for 5 minutes straight, some people thought he might die, including the commentators. his family were already in premature mourning

watch the ko clip on slowmo on youtube, you can see hatton body go limp and hit his head hard on the floor, he might not have been out cold but he was in no shape to get up or even continue fighting

I watched it many times and he closed his eyes before the punch came once it hit he was able to turn his body to lie on his back? When a guy gets ko'd runnign forward the usually land face forward, P will, Pac and Duran for example, Hatton also gve up during the Floyd fight, he wasn't really hurt he pretended to be so the ref could stop it.

I used to think the KO was legit, but after seeingPacman not being able to drop JMM above 140, when he used to drop him at featherweight tells me that Pac has no real power above 140. He has hit guys flush and hasn't been able to wobble them hard or drop them since the Cotto fight.

I think Manny would be back to his old self in no time if he'd just bring Ariza back. They had a special vitamin supplemented relationship....

I don't get why people can't comprehend this. Pac put Marquez down 3 (?) times in the last fight. You think that was from being gentle or passive? Had Juan not gotten up would you still be asking this?

His performance against Marquez in the 4th fight had bad intentions written all over it, in fact that's what lead to him getting knocked out.

No, it was the Cotto fight, his career best win and performance imo.

And as others have said, he looked pretty mean in Marquez IV, too, before he got chinned.
