Pacquiao will be the President of the Phillippines in the next decade. He will never be broke.
Once the fight checks stop coming in for Floyd there is a better chance than not he will just another statistic when it comes to broke athletes.
Anybody can be president of that country he isnt smart enough to be presidential anywhere else. That is a fact although he has good intentions but countries arent ran with good intentions.
