JMM fought both floyd and manny and made good money doing both.

He fought Manny a 2nd time because the first fight was a draw. he fought him the 3rd time because the 2nd fight was close and because he'd rather fight JMM than floyd. He fought him a 4th time, after saying he had nothing more to prove with JMM, because cotto refused a cw and because he didn't wantto fight floyd for $40 mil, no ppv.

JMM only fought floyd once because there was no doubt who the better fighter was.
