As BPP says Herrera beat Provodnikov.
This isn't a bad fight for Swift to take especially coming off Matthysse. You can't expect him to fight one monster after another, some easier fights have to be sprinkled in between.Comment

Never said it was a legendary run but in a span of 12-18 months, he beat two guys who were ranked as the supposed best in the division, one by KO. Then he fought a guy who was still ranked as a top 10 140 pounder and had previously beaten the beast known as Lucas and the run also includes a future HOFer who is admittedly shot but hey that's a damn good run. How many top guys in any division have done this?
Donaire did in 2012, Ward hasn't had a meaningful fight for years, Floyd's last exceptional opponent was Cotto, Rigo has had one meaningful fight in his whole career, Pacquiao hasn't had a prime, top level fighter since Bradley...I could go on and on.
Hey, if Danny gets this fight out of the way, I'm sure he'll fight 2 more times. He just needs to wait for a few other fighters to clear up their schedules.why does he "deserve " a tuneup. He's the F***n champ! he should take a challenge each time out. Judah was "relevant" yeah, his name. He fought the best posiible fight he couls fight and still lost. BUT, even that fight was better than this.
These guys figh two time per yr. Maybe if they fought like GGG 3-4 x per yr, then ok, take an easy fight. but cmon, please explain to me why the world champ desevres a "tuneup" which he will get a ton of money for, when this will be one of his 2 fights this year.
Although, I blame Showtime just as much if they buy this crapComment
