    What happens after Cotto-Martinez?

I think Martinez should deffintly be the favorite in this fight, but what happens if he's not the same?? What happens if he hurts his knee and is unable to continue, something like Yuri foreman. He's 40 years old coming off multiple injuries. Although If Martinez is healthy I think Cotto could be in for a tough night.

I remember hearing a little while ago Cotto said he doesn't have that many fights left in him. This would be a great win for cottos legacy would he retire if he won?

Good comeback fight for Martinez even though we don't know how well Cotto will be at middle. Payday that he is looking for but Martinez once said he will not fight past 40, would he retire after Cotto???

Martinez what would be next win or lose?

Cotto what would be next win or lose?

I'm not even sure if the fights official, I'm just wondering what you guys think this fight would do to the landscape of 160 and after math possibilities

Cotto and Canelo will fight this year regardless if both win or lose their next fights. As for Martinez, if his body breaks down again thats it for his career.

Well, I think after the fight has concluded the bell will ring and the announcer will announce the result if it was a stoppage, either that or go to the score cards and announce the decision then both fighters will be checked by a medical physician in the back. After that they may have a post fight presser and both fighters go home and go to bed, your welcome.

Canelo will officially end Cotto's career after Martinez knocks him out.

Most likely if Martinez wins, he goes on to fight either Rubio or Golovkin. Cotto will probably rebuild against a low level opponent so he can fight Alvarez. If Cotto wins, he probably rematches Mayweather and Martinez probably retires.
