Looking at these rankings I think it will be someone like cano, Lundy, maybe dulorme.. Plus when in doubt choose the euro champ which would be di RoccoProbably waiting for the Lamont*Peterson vs Dierry Jean winner for the IBF light welterweight title so he could just unify it and move up later in the year (really that is the only thing left for him to do at 140)
Here are the WBC rankings
1 .- Viktor Postol (Ukraine) INTL
2 .- Selcuk Aydin (Turkey) MEDITERRANEAN
3 .- Lucas Matthysse (Argentina)
4 .- Roberto Ortiz (Mexico) SILVER
5 .- Humberto Soto (Mexico) INTL SILVER
6 .- Alberto Mosquera (Panama) LATINO
7 .- Thomas Dulorme (P. Rico)
8 .- Cesar Cuenca (Argentina)
9 .- Min-Wook Kim (Korea) OPBF
10 .- Henry Lundy (US)
11 .- Pablo Cesar Cano (Mexico)
12 .- Anton Novikov (Russia)
13 .- Ricardo Alvarez (Mexico) AMERICA
14 .- Michele Di Rocco (Italy) EBU
15 .- Juan Carlos Abreu (Dom. R.)
He is starting to run out of opponents like Floyd, if he moved up then that would be the fight that everyone wants.Comment

He could fight Cesar Cuenca, who isn't quite the puncher Matthysse is. Isn't Khabib his mandatory, as the "regular" champion? I know Khabib is fighting Vargas and both are with Top Rank, but isn't Garcia obligated to fight the winner of that fight?Comment

Since Schaefer gave Broner a nice rematch, Mathysse should get his, it was way more competitive than Broner Maidana.Comment
