Looking at these rankings I think it will be someone like cano, Lundy, maybe dulorme.. Plus when in doubt choose the euro champ which would be di Rocco

He could fight Cesar Cuenca, who isn't quite the puncher Matthysse is. Isn't Khabib his mandatory, as the "regular" champion? I know Khabib is fighting Vargas and both are with Top Rank, but isn't Garcia obligated to fight the winner of that fight?
