Remember Cotto targeting Margaritos orbital bone LOL. When they stopped the fight Cotto gave Margarito a long stare. Please Margarito was eating those punches and smiling and then after the fight said Cotto punches like a little girl. Cottto could not even fracture it again, but then again he did not hit him as many times as pacman. The point is the doctor stopped the fight because Margarito had a broken orbital bone in the past so what if the same thing happens to Matthysse.

Matthysse keeps his hands up by his temples in defence, that's actually his style. It's not ideal though obviously. Margarito of course, like our Ricky, didn't believe in defence.

Matthyse's was a fracture and not broken bone like Margarito's..plus Matthyse doesn't fight like Margarito did. Matthyse needs just to learn to make adjustments like Garcia did. IMO matthyse was getting the better of Garcia until Garcia shut his eye. It was a great fight and Matthyse still has time to make great things in the sport.

Fractured right orbital bone, I did not know it was fractured. From now on all fighters are going to target his right orbital bone. This could be the end for Matthysse. I hope not.

How the hell did Garcia adjust? All he did was take advantage of an injury he cause which wasn't even with a punch. And how are you supposed to adjust from a shut eye exactly?

Yes. A fracture is usually only a little crack. Very different from a break. Obviously there are different extents though.
