Klitschko, one of the key figures in the protest, is standing side by side with 200,000 protesters who are expressing their frustration over the government's ditching of a pact with the EU under Russian pressure. Klitschko, who plans to run for president, has been part of the protests for the last two months.

As far as the article goes, I believe Vitali wants to get blown into pieces or something. He keeps ending up at the forefront of these riots, it's just a matter of time before he gets a grenade thrown at him.
