im just talking out of my azz mostly i read on here that triple g removes padding from the gloves and thought maybe that could be the reason how mike perez lost all his pop leaving a man in a coma would be enough to put and end to that

Is it me or is this proving to be true mike perez had alot more in last fight and could have refused to wear butchered gloves tonight after he left a man in a coma ...

Mago's issue was primarily down to a head clash between the two early on which afaik broke bones in his face. It wasn't Perez's punching power, the guy usually goes the distance, in fact he did against Mago too.

A heavyweight is a heavyweight. The clash of heads certainly didnt help but Mago took a TON of shots clean by a heavyweight. All heavyweights have power. Not everyone is Foreman or Tyson but they all have a ton behind their punches.

Anyway, Rosado making that accusation was weird.


Also, to that Marg pic. Ironic that Pac wrapped his hands in a manner Roach doesnt let the opposition wrap them in (IE Cotto).

Not sure about the gloves, but I think the main reason he beat Mago so badly was because Mago had to fight one handed from round one, which allowed Mike to keep landing his bombs and break Mago's jaw..

Then even offered Rosado those so called "altered gloves" to wear himself before the fight when his trainer said they looked too small. LOL what that whole mess added up to was Billy Briscoe had never seen a punchers glove before. He would probably have a fit over Reyes if he saw them.
