He made it sound like the things he did he could have done differently but was following his dad's orders & that it could run better under someone else(in which many have agreed for a long time).. The organism should NOT be just handed to him cause he the organisim's presidents(in this case, expresidents) son like if it was some sort of monarchy, they should nominate potential candidates & then vote in the next president..

It could be a mistranslation or I'm just reading too much into this, but this sounds to me like he's saying pretty much that his father didn't run the WBC well, and he was forced to go along with him out of respect to him.
Hopefully this means they'll get people with integrity to run that organization and bring it back to prominence.

He was saying the usual sort of thing in the circumstances. He was there and saw everything done, he did what he did at the behest of his father "....WHO WAS A GREAT GENERATOR OF IDEAS AND ALWAYS THINKING OF WAYS TO INNOVATE THE SPORT..."
He was paying compliments to the dead father, giving him credit for all the improvements and new ideas which improved the system. And it is true that new concepts which are in use today came from the WBC which were then followed by the other organisations. And he was saying the usual thing in these circumstances, that "things are good and we hope that they'll get even better".
Only malicious souls would see it differently.
I think your malicious soul is taking it overboard.

Oops.. Continued.. He's hoping for capable hands to take over and keep the organisation moving forward. You're reaching, to say the least.

No he's not saying that. You're just twisting it out of context and implying that all by yourself. He's complimenting his father's efforts and hoping for capable hands to take over and keep the organisati

Why not Mauricio? It's quite simple. The Klitchkos handle all of the heavyweight rankings. Al Haymon handles everything else. All you have to do is keep your wang sucker shut, pay for $250 belts to be manufactured and sell them for between 50k and 5 million, and occasionally fine fighters 100's of thousands of dollars for stuff that has nothing to do with you.

Interesting...he may only be saying this to legitimise his position, i.e he wasn't only going to get the job because of his father.
Unfortunately I can't see any good coming for the time being. A new leader has to make his territory, and within a sanctioning body could spell disaster for the sport (a new championship maybe?)
In its current form, the WBC only has interests for itself
