It's gotta be Showtime resisting. The fight would have been announced long ago. Not only is there barely any interest in this fight, it is actually angering people at the thought of it being made.
Espinoza made the announcement that the Pac fight won't happen because of his diva's issues with Arum and the backlash started instantly. Floyd may think he's a businessman, but in the entertainment business it's bad business to not give the fans what they want, especially when no excuse is good, including anything that's happened in the past.
