Hooker did better in the 8th, but Ramos still got to him enough to win the round. Hooker's stamina was seriously lacking tonight. He definitely needs to improve on that if he wants to be something in the sport. Good effort from Ramos, was being outboxed most of the way, but still made it interesting late.

A draw isn't an awful verdict, thought I thought Hooker edged it. Ramos late surge saved his undefeated record for another night at least. Good opening bout. Hopefully the rest follow suit.
