Why should Ward fight Golovkin? He hasn't proved himself at 160. And don't give me that "everyone's ducking him" bull****.

No one else in the sport has done anything to take that spot, how can that even be argued?

Unless you're willing to put inactive Ward or 13 fight Rigo above Floyd, Mayweather is still the obvious p4p #1.

Floyd is Floyd and people know what hes about now. Even though people think he is no1 based on what they have seen him do, mainly defense wise.

But people also know just because he has the skills and his skills mostly can pay the bills, he doesn't have to fight the most dangerous people if he don't want to. He can fight who he wants, and his bravery doesn't match his ability, so likelihood is high he will fight the khans of this world or Maidanas.

He doesn't fight people as good as Pac regularly fights, but for someone like Floyd that isn't important. Its just important Floyd looks good when he does fight, whoever it may be against.

Mayweather is still just as good pfp as he ever was even if he fights micky mouse next. Only poor performances lower his pfp standing not poor opponents. Pound for pound is just a matter of opinion anyway and you can rank him anywhere you want just be aware that just because he is fighting unworthy Khan his fighting ability is as good as it ever was and lowering his pfp rating because he is fighting a softie makes no sense. I like Rigo and GGG better than Mayweather pound for pound anyway.
