-Both camps haven't announced an opponent and will announce their opponents within 1-week.

-Floyd/Pac taking verbal jabs at each other. Floyd more than usual.

-Floyd stating, "Pacquiao "won't" be his next opponent. Him stating this is bad PR, the general public only cares about this fight. This makes the Mayweather camp look bad and creates no buzz, unless of course Pac is next.

-Nobody outside Pacquiao will generate the revenue showtime desires. Anyone else besides Pac, showtime will lose money.

-Pacquiao's fight is scheduled in April at the MGM. Really not enough time to train/promote the fight.

Maybe this is me being optimistic but I wouldn't be shocked if the fight gets announced. Perhaps I'm reaching too much.
