it's obvious this guy's got more financial problems than what's being reported, but he got not only what he ask for, he got what he BEGGED FOR. he didn't deserve it then, and he doesn't deserve it now, but he got 3 million for it... BON VOYAGE.

        Ghost is screwed now,,,

GBP has a deep roster and plenty of matchups to make for him, but now him and peterson will be the bastard stepchildren,,,,

Dont bite the hand that feeds you

Guerrero got a taste of 3 Mil for one fight and is attempting to keep it that way . After earning 3 Mil , who the heck wants to go back into that barrel with the rest of the crabs making 6 figures again . Can't blame him but it won't work

Its his own fault,, maybe if he performed well vs floyd even in a loss, he would have much better paydays, but basically getting schooled for 12 rounds doesnt make a good case for future multi-million paydays..
Had he performed as well as hatton, oscar, or cotto did vs floyd, ghost would be in a much better position

              Who advises these fighters? Seriously?

              Dirrell, Gamboa, now Guerrero.
These guys don't need opponents to beat them they do it themselves.

So the article says things are just heating up.

But to me, it seems like this is quite possibly the end of this dispute. It seemed based on Guerrero's lawyer's remarks, that the entire dispute hinged on California having different rules than New York. So once California pushes this to New York, there is likely no argument, correct?

Of course, the lawyer's quote may not have told the entire story, but it seems quite possible that this all hinged on California.
