Firstly , since the cheating scandals there has been no edict / mandate by any boxing sanctioning body to send officials into dressing rooms before fights to monitor the wrapping process , so lets not sit here and act so surprised that these things can't continue to happen when boxing brass has done nothing to prevent it from happening again ! Secondly , to my my knowledge ****m has uncovered the plaster cheat both times . The first time , forcing the issue against Trinadad and the 2nd time rather incidentally cause he picked up Margarito's hand wraps after they were cut off and bricks fell out . So history tells us two things , one ; ur unlikely to discover ur opponent cheating unless ****m's ur trainer and two we should all stop having the " Don't worry , someone's taking care of it " disposition .

So if that's the case then why , when they do show inside the dressing room after 90% of the hand wrapping process is over with , do u not see any representation from the other camp ? Everyone's always wearing the same Team Whoever attire . Next time a fight comes on message me when u see the elephant in the room .
