I was just about to write that and I totally agree, I'm looking forward to this card for the Lomachenko vs Salido fight not for the Chavez fight and I'm sure plenty of people will feel the same way. I hope Brian Vera gets justice and wins the rematch.

"He can bring his all-time great amateur record and his two gold medals and i will bring my three world title belts" Boss line from Salido.
Hope he smashes Lomachenko. Im all for Olympic medalists being moved quicker as they paid their dues in amateurs but second fite is just disrespectful towards Salido and boxing.Comment

Yes, it is hard to believe Jr is lacking a trainer with only few weeks left. Maybe Jr thinks he is like his dad who could fight 6 or 7 times in a year but the great JCC Sr never ballooned more than 10 % of his weight between fights. I believe that Jr easily weighted around 200 Lbs when he was at MW (that was 25 % above the targeted weight) and most of that problem has come from the lack of dedication and discipline of the young Chavez. Sometimes children can not be better than their parents.Whats up with chavez fight is a month and a half away and he still has no trainer..he messed up in the first fight,he looked overweight and now he has to do a rematch and its just a wasteof time, ridiculous fight,he could have won the first fight and now b facing someone betterComment
