The majority of users here being in their 20's explains why people act the way they do around here. When you are young, you think being in your 20's is grown up. When you are my age (41), you know 20's are almost like teens.

I just turned 23. I watched boxing when I was younger with my dad, he's a big Tyson fan. I remember watching Oscar and thinking he was the GOAT.

But when I got into boxing myself was watching Mayweather Hatton live. What a night. I'll never forget it.

              I'm old, I'm pretty old, I'm old enough -- 59...
(I never boxed... I only was a pro rugby player and had to take some karate lessons into the process...)

First PROFESSIONAL fight I watched was Tyson - Holyfield II. There's no pro in Cuba so yea... that was some wild ****. I remember my stepdad saying "See? That's why we have headgears." and laughing.

33 right here I've been watching boxing since the age of 4 years old I can still remember watching my first fight with my dad and my dad screaming at the TV cause the picture would go and he literally would smack the damn TV and it would start working lol...but I start boxing cause I was addicted to boxing and I was really gifted in the ring but unfortunately I couldn't keep boxing cause I started having kids at the age 15 and now that I'm 33 I have 4 boys age 3,4,9 and 17 and my oldest spars with with me and I teach him about the sport of boxing. I have over 5000 boxing fights recorded on vhs and I love watching boxing with my friends and family....In other words boxing is a part of my life with JESUS being number 1.

Holy **** man lol. Fights weren't televised back home so we had to wait for someone to visit from the States and bring the VHS recording.
