Floyd fought a washed up past prime Gatti struggling not only in the ring but more so outside the ring. You really should do some research before you type. You wont look so much like a quack. Im sure you gave Floyd credit for the sucker punch in that fight as well.
Gatti never had a chance against Floyd even if he was 5 years younger to 20lb heavier. You have the nerve to say someone should do research HA
Floyd was suppose to fight Gatti 4 year earlier but he STOPPED by Angel Manfreddy. Floyd then stopped ManFreddy in the second round.
But what can you expect from a sactards, they know little fact or history of boxing as a whole.
floud never watches his opponents tapes. its all on the fly adjustments. #TBE

He doesnt have to. He knows he is safe before the fight is made. Everyone making a living off Floyds Name isnt gonna let floyd lose his only marketing ability....(his 0)

WTF does Gatti and Manfreddy fight have to do with Floyd fighting Gatti 4 years later dumbass? The fact is...When they fought....Gatti was over and done. In no way shape or form the same Gatti of old. Youre just a hype fan. A bandwagon jumper. WTF do you know. Oh and look at your rep and join date. That explains a lot. Log out before you end up like your alt Pit.
You're crazy. Maidana has fight changing/ending power and he is awkward as hell. He'd give mayweather problems just because he will not try and box with mayweather and he will swing for the fences.
That's the thing... Maidana wouldn't come to box. He'd come to kick Floydie's azz. I wish Canelo would've had his head skroo-ed on right and thought that plan up. Can't try to outbox Floydie. I doubt Maidana would beat him, but he'd definitely give him some lumps and bumps, if nothing else just from all the awkward angles he punches from.
He would definitely come for the payday let's not kid ourselves l. Im sure he would come to win like everyone else until floyd starts countering his slow a $$

You ****ing PAC dummy .. Because Manfreddy beating Gattin killed the scheduled fight between Floyd and Gatti Dumb ass!
Floyd then went on to beat Manfreddy while Gatti had to rebuild his career. Four year later after Gatti rebuilt his career with Buddy as his new trainer, Gatti asked Floyd and HBO for a fight with Floyd since Cotto and Hatton wanted nothing to do with Floyd at 140.
I swear pac fans like you, are dumb as a dried turd and just as useless.
maidana is a rubbish fighter against a hyped up bum like broner he looked sh**...he slowed down half way trough the fight..him beating mayweather?? Yea right lol...he'd make a good match for a b leveled fighter like poocquiao because poocquiao is used to get knocked the fu** out ahhahahhhaha lmaooooo
are you serious? he was joking and this is way before the fight with broner, even before lopez, he was laughing and said he would have to throw 100 punches to land 1 or 2. i forgot that floyd is also undefeated in fantasy fights
Right the fight wasn't on the horizon for him at that time so he made a joke about it instead of going into his serious mode.
Everybody comes to beat Floyd. Think about, if the win, there's more money to he made after. They've all thought while watching floyd previous fights from ring side or home "oh I'd do this or I'd do that to Floyd" but there's a HUGE difference watching it and actually doing it. Floyd is the best at adjusting to whatever gameplan the opponent brings.
I think what he means is he will attempt to walk through Floyd ala Jesus Chavez, Castillo, ect. A lot of fighters May fought have become gunshy upon being countered or beaten to the punch. To trouble Floyd, you gotta be able to take his shots. You gotta have the mentality to walk through Floyd.
Lol this kinda funny, but broner said right after the fight he'd like to rematch, so your theory is off. Maidana would be an easier fight for floyd anyways but he does deserve it over Khan...but Danny deserves it over both!
Maidana is the harder fight and the more deserved. Stop looking at footage from 4-5 years ago of Khan thinking that's him now. No need to get abstract or cerebral...Judging off of recent footage of both men's form..Maidana is better by miles.
Maidana is hardly B level fighter who's got outclassed by another B level boxer Alexander who's also lost to Khan.
Now people saying "Maidana has improved since then"... bull****.
He's the same flatfooted slow lowskilled brawler Marcos Maidana that's been before.
Moda****az were saying "Victor Ortiz will KO Mayweather". Moda****az were saying Canelo Alvarez's gonna KO Mayweather. Moda****az were saying Oscar De La Hoya will KO Mayweather. Moda****az were saying Robert Guerrero will KO Mayweather.
Now they're talking in the same way on Maidana's bout.
But the only **** they ain't still able to get that Mayweather can not lose to flatfooted slow lowskilled brawlers.
That's why he's a mexican assassin.
The only boxer around that might able to beat Floyd is Erislandy Lara at 154.
I see this **** like an extremely tough matchup for Floyd.
But this one won't never happen.
Maidana has improved. Let me explain something to you kid. Garcia has Maidana working head movement, jab, cutting off the ring, footwork, and speed. Power is left alone for the most part because Chino had that...but even that is being fine tuned. They are working on his stamina as well..back in June he was doing beach runs.. The added resistance of the sand gives a killer cardio blitz. If you watched any of ES's Garcia gym videos, Garcia has Maidana doing lots of work on the double end bag and the speed bag, to increase and improve his hand eye coordination and his fighting rhythm. Maidana's greatest attribute is he is a humble student that recognizes his flaws.. That is an amazing gift for someone as talented as Maidana. As a result, his ceiling is higher than many give him credit for, including you.
****, all you have to do is look at some old Maidana footage compared with his last 3 fights. But... If you are that dense then check his training videos. He is doing things with Garcia that no other trainer bothered to try to make him do.
One last thing to consider.. Now that Maidana is possibly Garcia's most well known fighter.. The added hours of training from Garcia will be invaluable. For Broner, Maidana only had Garcia half of his camp. Additionally, he only had Ariza that long as well. Expect an even better Maidana in his next performance.
Swing for the fences would get Maidana fuced up!! not only that Floyd is an excellent body puncher, he will look to dissect Maidana to the body the first half of the fight, then beat him like a step child in the second half.
Maidana wild swing would open him up for counter to the head and body, I see him being done before 8.
Mayweather does not stop Marcos. And one thing Marcos can try is to press forward until Floyd decides to defend in the pocket or on the ropes, then to test his shell. Another thing Marcos can do is start off swinging for the fences then throw in his very decent jab as a surprise. He can change levels going from being a rough rugged bull with awkward angles and then switch gears and straighten his shots. If he can catch May in one of those transitional phases, he could land.
At any rate Marcos is a much more rugged and worthy opponent than Khan at this point, who's chin has been cracked wide open by multiple wars.
That I don't believe.. Floyd is a freestyler, but his safety first mindset also leaves nothing to chance. I would bet he scouts his opponents.
I don't know if he does, he never seems to know much about his opponent's previous fights. Someone in his camp watches them though, that's for sure, not sure who, but he doesn't just turn up and adjust, he prepares for their styles.
