Punctual Luis ‘El Nica’ Concepción (30-3, 22 KO’s) says he hopes to defend his Silver flyweight title for the third time in late February. Concepcion has now won seven in a row, with five by knockout, since getting knocked out in the first round by Hernan "Tyson" Marquez in October of 2011.
