Let's remember, Raheem blows ass more so at 130lbs and looked very good at 135lbs. I doubt this fight will ever materialize unless Raheem is willing to go down to 130lbs. This will play into Manny cause Manny ain't no Rocky. He's alot faster, has more upperbody movement, only comes forward with bombs, and Morales even dropped Raheem at the end of the 11th in their fight at 135lbs. If Manny gets in his left, it's over.

Going back to his Rocky Juarez fight, yes indeed Juarez caught him with some good shots but that was because a dehydrated Raheem at 126 can't move the way he moves at 135 where he defeated Eric with his boxing skills. Raheem was robbed of a victory in that fight, so he should be still undefeated now.

Raheem is not close to being a spectacular fighter but he is smart enough to always get the job done. Eric tried everything in his capacity to lure the guy to mix it up but never succeeded.

Now Pac/Raheem? Just a bad match up for Pac, stylewise. Popo would have more than average chance of defeating Raheem.

And yes this fight is far from happening that's why the thread starter said, it's fantasy time!

he shows too many angle and never stays in one place for to long.

Raheem needs to stay at 135 too, he looks real good at that weight.

i'd like to see Raheem vs Nate Campbell at 135, that would be a good scrap.
I hadnt thought about that fight, good matchup though.

I honestly, don't think PAC has the same kind of footwork and same upper body movement. Maybe in hand speed sure. But I think RAHEEM would outclass him the whole fight and this is coming from a BIG PAC FAN. PAC is so stiff when it comes to his footwork. It's either forward or backward and that's it. He'd have to change that 101% if he were to fight RAHEEM and do it in less than a year if here were to fight him after Morales III.

Morales really struggled with Raheem's quick feet and hands Pacquiao can match Raheem in those categories imo...Im still not sure pacquiao would win though unless he lands a huge bomb then i think raheem gets put to sleep.

yea i agree with u bro, but what i was saying was that he'd have a better chance keeping up with raheem's quickness than morales...I dont think Morales can fight fighters that are quicker anymore. Pacquiao obviously cant move as well as Raheem does which is why i think it would take pacquiao catching raheem good for him to win otherwise its raheem by UD.

Zahir has great reflexes but has looked fragile at times against feather-fisted foes, it's impossible for PAC to not land a single bomb. Remember all PAC needs is to drop one bomb to get the ball rollin'. In Raheem's case his head.

Raheem definetely has an advantage in size, footwork and movement. Raheem too is a slick fighter that can work Pac from different angles. That is if Pac will only stand there and wait for Raheem to come at him.

However Pac is too good a fighter to do just that. Don't think that Pac will just sit there and be a perfect target for Raheem's hit-and-run style. Pac can feint and cut the ring to trap Raheem and slow him down with body punches. After Raheem's footwork and body movement are gone, Pac will have greater success of digging more to the body. With perfect timing Pac will be able to finish Raheem with a barrage of right hooks, left hooks and the vaunted left straights.

Raheem's power and durability are also big question marks. Even if he tags Pac with some punches and quick jabs, I'm pretty sure Manny will be able to handle them well. Juarez was able to hurt him a few times in their last fight. However, Manny is a Rocky with much explosive punches, fast hand and always coming in at his opponent with haymakers.

IMO Pac KO's Raheem in the later rounds courtesy of effective body shots and ring generalship.

If Raheem runs all night, why dont Pac let him come to him instead.
