Perra vs Pelirroja, couldn't ask for a more exciting B level fight.

As if either fighter really gives a crap about the WBC belt.

silver champ means you're the best from rank #11-20 i.e. it's meaningless. but you are right that he's ranked #1 for some strange reason. so he should be the mandatory.

as for why canelo is #2, he's still the best of the rest. lara should probably be ahead of him but they dont have him ranked. but rabchenko shouldnt be at 1 anyways so either way canelo would be number 2. just cuz he lost to floyd shouldnt really hurt his rankings. cotto lost to both floyd and trout but canelo only lost to floyd while beating trout so he's still the top guy in the division behind mayweather. only other person with a claim to that is lara which at worst, puts canelo is top 2 in the division behind floyd. triangle theories dont work for real life fights but they work for rankings.

I like how they try and throw in the "Angulo lost his last fight" reason when the reason is only because the WBC belt isn't available to fight for. Let Mayweather vacate and see if this still isn't a title fight.

Both Lara and Molina have clearly better wins at 154 than Alvarez and should be ranked ahead of him.
