I understand he may have believed Manny was on PED's but at that time nobody was doing testing like that and it's easily understandable why Arum and company saw it as strong arming on Floyds part. Sometimes you have to look at it from both sides no matter who you're a fan of.
So from your stand point Floyd was strong arming himself too because he was going to do the same testing as Pacquiao. Doesn't make sense. Demanding that a person pay 10Mil per LB over weight is mental and strong arming more so than asking both to give blood. Floyd accepted Manny's demand. NO fighter should ever give excuses on why not to give blood. Also who the hell tries to take the word "Random" out of random blood testing?

Man look at them floydiots. Their chicken hero is the number one roider in the sport yet they have still have the nerve to bring up testing. I'd disappear if I were a floydiot. Three positive tests... Makes me puke. The fraud and his worshipers are nothing but bullies. Three positive test results... The guy is dependent on peds.

But the thing is Floyd has been known to come in over weight see the Marquez fight. Floyd had to pay a penalty fee for it. Has manny ever been caught cheating or rumors of him cheating ever?

Manny came in at 112 lbs, 1 lb over the 111 lb CW limit in the torrecampo fight.

WTF is a 'manroid'? Lol at these greasy little floydspastics crying and trying desperately to come up with humorous names. Dude, it was toecurlingly embarrasing and unfunny a few years back....now its hilariously tragic.

The question is why did PAC asked for such a demand, I answered it. Obviously that 1lb didn't bother floyd enough to demand a weight penalty for manny. Now was Floyd 1lb over the limit In the Marquez fight??

So, Manny being arguably the #1 draw at that time should have said "yes sir mr. mayweather, I'll do whatever you want" ?
You're comparing making weight, which all professional boxers should do anyway to taking OSDT which NOBODY had done?
Guess he shouldn't have pushed back to any of Floyds demands then.
