Manny vs. Floyd would promote itself. The term superfight is all the promotion needed. Tyson/Lewis promoted itself as did Tyson/Holyfield and Floyd vs. Oscar etc. Thats just an excuse just like Arum talking about building that temporary stadium

I agree that this fight in particular wouldn't need much promotion but let's be honest, Manny can barely get a sentence out in english and I think I heard he has like a 4th grade education. He can't be expected to handle his own promotions and such...

I had that fight as a draw...that scoring was obviously a sham and Trpout wasn't winning that fight unless he scored a KO... I also gave Floyd props for fighting the kid because there was nobody else hecoulkd have fought and that was the fight the public was calling for.

I wish I was a multi billionaire. I'd hand Floyd, Pac, Arum and DLH all a couple billion to set this cold war **** aside and make a giant boxing supercard with Floyd vs. Pac as the main event. Until then I can only dream.

I liked how Mayweather "ducked" Cotto under Arum. But once Cotto was a free agent he flew to Puerto Rico to finalise a deal but I forgot that became a "cherrypick" as soon as the ink dries on that contract.

Yeah Canelo was the next big thing, I can see them pushing him through no matter what until he gets beat by Lara or maybe Kirkland...

Or you could see it as him waiting until Cotto was beaten pillar to post by Margarito and Manny then taking him on....I dont think it would have mattered but Cotto was like 32-0 with 28 KO when May weather was fighting a bunch of other guys...

then he shouldnt be a congressman. Lol. No really I think Manny is smart but gullible. He should have people who know what they r doing running his company. Isn't that what smart business people do? They hire competent people to work for them.

Ok we can add fortune telling to Mayweather resume, and also he can matchmake fights that he doesn't promote. I wish he can let us all in on the future or the lottery numbers.

He obviously is not the sharpest tool in the shed as they say..I understand the hate on Arum from a lot of people on here but why would all these young fighters be signing with him if he was such a bad promoter? I think blame falls exactly down the middle ,maybe falling slightly on Floyd's side because he obviously holds a grudge against Arum, and judging by his tweets and comments he doesn't like Manny either.
I think Floyd is a bit childish and jealous of the love Pacquiao gets and the blame he seems to get for the fight not happening and now Hes holding this fight hostage...
