Pacquiao couldn't agree to random blood testing or negotiate a better deal for himself if 40 Mil wasn't enough? What about leaving Arum? This not possible? Mosley, Marquez and Cotto did it. All of this was/is impossible to do?

It seems to me that the person who is putting obstacles in the way of making this fight happening, is Floyd. There's always a new demand.

Personally I've given up on this fight long ago and both fighters legacy will suffer accordingly. Mostly Floyds.

Umm... This all documented. Manny gave his reasons for the fights not happening because of the negotiations with Floyd.

Here's how I see it:
The first round Floyd asks for testing. Mannys team says who are you to ask for that kind of testing, we won't give in to your demands..fight is off.
Second round: manny comes back says ok ill do the testing, and we split 50/50. Floyd says no.
Next round: manny says ok how about 55/45 in your favor with testing. Floyd says no I'll give you 40 million. Bogus offer on such a lucrative fight, Mannys team says no.
Now here we are and Floyd says leave Arum I'll never do business with him. Was he willing to do business with him all those other failed tries? I just don't get the guy, he contradicts himself so much it crazy.

I just want to see the fight. I don't think Manny is shot just yet and Floyd is still great so why not get it on before it's to late. There's no excuse for the fight not happening, the money involved is just ridiculous.
