People said gbp leaving hbo was a milestone. I laughed because hbo had the money and showtime alright Ok, ain't got **** on hbo. Plus gbp had a big tooster and the money is forced to be split hence the strong undercards.

    Gbp ****ed up

      Is he still in Rehab?
Even if he is...there's still the network war we got to deal with. I think if HBO sees this and the possibility of losing their fighters to Showtime, they'll start snatching up fighters with contract deals.
Also Schaeffer said he'd never work with Arum, although Oscar is technically the owner of GBP.

If anything, I hope if they do end the cold war, they end their exclusive deal with Showtime so we can finally get he fights we want
I think he can but Schafer and Haymon are going to be the problem.

GB (Golden Banker ) is run by Schaefer, Oscar's just a mascot they send away when he doesn't recite the right lines.

At this point in time I think the chain of command looks more like this:

        Al Haymon
        Richard Schaefer
        Espinoza
Fat white chick in the ring
        the other fat white chick
Oscar De La Hoya (who's now limited to just twitter)
        Watson Twins

So your complaining about strong undercards??? I do agree that leaving HBO was a mistake, but i dont think they had a choice,, showtime gave floyd an offer he couldnt refuse and when floyd jumped to showtime, hbo was super pissed and cut ties with GBP,,

Even if the cold war ends, we still have to worry about the network battle

We would all love that but Richard absolutely hates Arum. They'd have to do deals through intermediaries or assistants to get the job done.

Still another barrier out of the way. GBP ends their exclusivity with showtime and Quillin can go to HBO since all he does is fight on undercards and can't get a network contract

LOL, I was watching the AC fight, Quillin against Rosado, and Quillin was getting boo'd

Still a barrier out of the way. And philly is closer to AC than Brooklyn by, like an hour

It's one barrier at a time. In a world where Golden Boy and Top Rank started copromoting again, I imagine it would be on Showtime. HBO probably wouldn't want to miss out, and they'd end the Golden Boy ban. At least, that's what I hope.

The hell he does. He says he does to make it look like he is the reasonable one and it's Arum's fault. Schaefer works for Oscar. Every time Schaefer talks about Arum it is just to completely insult Arum and give Arum a good cussing out. Is this the way Oscar intends to end the cold war? News flash for you, Oscar. It's not working.
