Khan clearly won the first fight outright, dropping Maidana and stunning him several times. After the fight in fact, Maidana seriously considered retirement upon realizing that he had been soundly beaten by a superior opponent. There were no excuses which could soften the blow of that defeat. He was simply beaten by a better fighter.

But has Maidana yet proven himself worthy of being mentioned in the same sentence as a boxer of Khan's caliber or does he still have a whole lot to prove before that was to ever happen?

Lol.. Diaz and Molina were both clearly beaten by Khan.

If Khan hadn't cut Molina that guy may have retired, just like Maidana nearly retired after he faced Khan.

In fact, Molina hasn't fought again since the Khan fight over a year ago, let's hope Khan hasn't actually retired the kid.

F!X you have overcooked it. Your thread is too silly to be taken seriously. You are clearly having a game.

When I see something like this I just have to question how much you actually know about boxing.

Judah unmotivated? He was in ridiculous shape for the fight, had a long camp with Pernell Whitaker and said he was learning new things, had surprises for Khan etc but just came up against the better man on the night.

I could say Broner was unmotivated vs Maidana as well.

The fact that F!x wasn't nominated for poster of the year is a travesty, another classic thread.

Maidana at least has gotten into the ring with Alexander who Khan completely ducked.

                IMO Khan loses to Karas-Soto

Yeah he was afraid of Alexander, so he chose to fight a lesser opponent in Mayweather.

He did enough to warrant a rematch with Khan after they fought the first time.

He passed on a fight that he could have potentially lost in order to position himself for a far more lucrative fight - one that he and everybody else knows he doesn't have a hope in hell of winning.

It seems weird that someone who always criticises Tim Bradley for avoiding Khan a couple of years back would turn around and defend Khan for doing the exact same thing.
