The difference is that FORREST was stripped before his tragic end because he avoided MARTINEZ to fight Charles Whittaker in a big pay day because Cayman Island's bank(ask the story to Al Haymon),the fight never happened anyway;so the champ avoided SERGIO MARTINEZ who was elevated full champ instead Bradley moved up to fight Pacquiao,he avoided nobody. Now they fought and the winner is TIMOTHY BRADLEY so JMM at my eyes never won the full title.
