Andre's versatility allowed him to win the Super Six. We haven't seen his best yet. Fights against Stevenson and Kovalev would bring out even more of his talent.

Me either. He's a fascinating fighter to watch IMO. Real joy.

Mayweather didn't "originate" the jab to the body. That's coming from a fan of Mayweather's skills so I have no agenda. That's old school tech. Ward throws straight right to the body and left hook to the head, that's old school too.

I am pleased Ward gave credit to drills and not god given talent. The man is honest.

Footwork is the biggest missing ingredient in modern day boxing. I see mistake after mistake after mistake. Athletic ability will only get you so far and not performing the proper footwork makes the movements that much harder. Do it right and its a breeze.

Great video, Ward is a master of the craft and would have been a champ in any generation.

thanks for posting this. Ward's among my favorite active boxers today because of his versatility like he illustrated in the video.

I was screaming at that referee when he took two points away from Ward. That was one of the dumbest total nonsense calls I've ever seen. Ward played it off all respectful to the ref after the fight but I bet he was thinking WTF did I do?
