and i dont think they have ever gone on record as saying he is not an all time great but saying that floyd wouldnt have a 0 if he fought in there era.

How do you know? Did they ever fight? Manny has the better track record against common opponents. He also came up to Floyd's weight-class and fought a couple guys that Floyd wanted no part of. You guys always seem to ask the wrong questions about the wrong fighters. What do you think? Of course Manny Pacquiao is an all-time great. He's the only 8 division champion in history. His resume is padded with guys who could've actually defeated him, some did, and that is also what makes you great. It's about risk and fighting the fighters who people and critics say, can beat you. A better question would've been, is Floyd Mayweather an all-time great. Why is this question posed about the more proven fighter in Manny? Hmmmm. Floyd is a mere HOF'mer because he didn't want to be great. He doesn't like to challenge himself against the best and runs from REAL fights. He started off on the right track but when he became his own boss, his desire to be a ring immortal, left him. It's his own fault.
