It's only a smart move because of the Pacquaio fight. Outside of that, there is more business opportunity at Golden Boy.

How do you figure??Like I just pointed out,Bradley Rios Alvarado..Are being paid more then most of GBP fighters esp at WW..It's because since May left to Showtime..HBO has a bigger budget to pay these fighters now..I really don't agree,with this post..Yes there are some good match ups over there,but there are good match ups on TR as well,oh that are gonna pay better...

I am usually 100% for the fighter but this time I am for GBP. This Guerrero gets the best money fight in boxing and loses it and now tries to get out of the contract and screw over GBP so he can go fight Pac. He don't deserve the Pac fight, he did terrible in the Mayweather fight. Other fighters are more deserving of the Pac fight who work hard every day and just hope to get paid 6 figures let alone 7. This Guerrero is ungrateful and a sore loser. Other fighters deserve the Pac shot much more and besides Guerrero stunk it up against Mayweather and would against Pac, too.

You might be right,but what I'm saying is the money will be better for Guerrero with HBO..Although GBP has a lot of fighters,most of them do not make big money over there..I mean how much did Thurman just make to fight Karass??How much did Garcia make to fight Matt's??You know??

Hell Rios was making a mill before Garcia,and Rios made 5 mill to fight Pac while Guerrero made 3 to fight May..It's smart business for Guerrero to come to TR..That's all I'm saying..

It does seem like TR fighters are making a little more each fight than their counterparts at GB. But that's why I mentioned long-term... because yes, if gets the Pac fight, he will likely make a very large chunk of change, but if he doesn't and just gets fights with the likes of Rios, Provo, etc...

he's better off fighting 6-8 guys on the GB stable for the next 3-4 years
