When Bradley first fought Pacman, he was the challenger. He had no leverage in the deal. Now he is the champion (even though he shouldn't be) and he is coming off of a victory over JMM who just beat Pacman. It's reasonable for him to want more than he got the first time.

This is just part of the negotiation process. Bradley will start high and Arum will counter low. Eventually they will settle on a number that pleases both sides.

yep. say Pac/Bradley only does 500K, which is very possible. Not sure how much Bradley got last time but it was probably about 5 million. If he get's 5 million again how much is left for Pacquiao? Probably not enough to satisfy him. So they'll probably make it out like Bradley outpriced himself but they may only be offering him like 3 million.
